bad dreams

This is the third or fourth time that i have had a dream about being raped in the past few weeks. They are scary and i don't know what they mean. i usually only have nightmares when i am stressed so i don't know what i could be stressed about to make me have these dreams. plus i end up waking up sweaty and i hate that.
